1. Seller

2. Scope

We sell digital financial-education courses delivered online and hosted on our campus. A purchase grants access to the acquired course through a student account.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where relevant, depending on your country. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe) on the campus; we do not store your card details. The purchase is confirmed when the payment provider approves the transaction.

4. Delivery and access

Access to the course is immediate once payment is confirmed: your student account is created (or activated) on the campus and you are enrolled in the course. On completion you can obtain your certificate. Access is provided for 12 months from purchase.

5. Right of withdrawal and its waiver (digital content)

As an EU consumer you generally have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance purchase. However, because this is digital content supplied immediately, by completing the purchase you expressly request and consent to the start of its performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once access to the course begins (art. 16.m of Directive 2011/83/EU).

6. Refund policy

Notwithstanding the above, we offer the following satisfaction guarantee: we refund the full amount if you request it within 14 days of purchase and you have not completed more than 20% of the course. To request a refund, email info@firewealthacademy.com with your order details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Liability

The courses are for educational purposes only and do not constitute personalized financial, tax or investment advice. Each person is responsible for their own decisions; investing carries a risk of loss.
